Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred

  • Basic English writing skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a laptop, phone, or tablet for remote work
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed)
