The Role
As an Ecom Live Chat Support Assistant at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via live chat on our website and social media accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that they have a smooth and delightful shopping experience. You will be working in a remote arrangement, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming customer support questions via live chat on our website and social media accounts
- Provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
