Key Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating dispatch operations, ensuring that our team is equipped to handle emergency situations and provide timely support to our customers
• Managing multiple phone lines, responding to calls, and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring that our dispatch operations are running smoothly and efficiently
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience in dispatching and customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, night, and overnight shifts
• Ability to commute to our Justin, TX location

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a call center or dispatch environment
• Knowledge of dispatch software and systems
• Certification in customer service or dispatch operations
