Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and resolving client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Providing clients with accurate and up-to-date information on flights, routes, and schedules
  • Recognizing and escalating critical issues to ensure prompt resolution
  • Responding to messages and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Screening flights and resolving any discrepancies or issues

  • Ability to learn, understand, and communicate the terms of the organization's Agreement of Carriage
  • Ability to become proficient in various software and reservation systems used

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of the airline industry and its operations
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
