Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues
• Analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
• Developing and maintaining predictive models and figures to proactively convey required settings and needs
• Investigating asset use and identifying more efficient arrangements
• Announcing related to the execution of asset arranging drives
• Examining the latest trends in asset arranging and providing recommendations for improvement

Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Find and collect data from various sources for use in analysis, modeling, and project development
• Identify and develop new data sources and essential analytical models and tasks
• Utilize descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytical strategies to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and important trade-offs
• Develop new essential analytical models or alter existing ones
• Change data into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling strategies
• Develop complex reports and analyses with guidance from leaders
• Support complex process improvement and project management commitment for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional drives
• Present findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders
• Act as an internal expert to partners and provide insights to drive results
• Regularly prioritizes safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and R, required
• Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create concise, relevant, and decisively determined reports and presentations for senior leaders
• Be a team player, meticulous, and perform well under pressure
• Ability to influence without authority and work in a matrixed environment required
• Experience with MS Office required
• Regularly prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
• Embraces diversity, thinking, and styles
• Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
