Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Air Terminal Customer Assistance (ACS) Asset Arranging group. As a Sr. Examiner, you will play a critical role in driving business success by leveraging your analytical skills, business acumen, and expertise in data analysis. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and figures to proactively convey required ACS setting up need collaborating with multiple cross-functional ACS divisions
• Investigate asset use and identify more ideal/effective arrangements
• Communicate related to the execution of asset arranging drives
• Examine the latest trends in ACS asset arranging
• Develop and maintain complex reports and investigations with guidance from leaders
• Support complex process improvement and project management commitment for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional drives
• Present findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders
• Act as an internal specialist to partners and provide insights to drive results
• Ensure the well-being and safety of self and others

Requirements and Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in data analysis, business process improvement, and scientific methods. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R
• Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking abilities, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and decisively determined reports and presentations for senior leaders
• Be a self-starter, meticulous, and perform well under pressure
• Ability to influence without authority and work in a grid climate
• Experience with MS Office
• Commitment to the well-being and safety of self, others, and individual information

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
