As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations, connecting with customers, warehouse associates, delivery partners, and experts to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to resolve issues and set expectations
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide exceptional support
- Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
- Resolving issues and making quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer
- Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
- Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best customer outcome
- Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule
A Day in the Life
You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You'll inform our delivery partners about rescheduled deliveries and work to resolve delivery issues straight away, ensuring our customers receive a great experience every time.

Requirements
* High School or equivalent diploma
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
- Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Base pay ranging from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $62,400/year in our highest geographic market
- Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
