Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing excellent customer service by accurately processing submissions sent electronically by our members. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

* Consistently meet established daily quotas for data entry and processing

  • Compare data with source documents submitted by members, checking for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Accurately document and record member information, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and complete
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that data entry and processing are efficient and effective
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle personal and sensitive member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in PC operations and navigation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet service with 10MB upload/download ability in your home
  • Quiet and private workspace free of distraction and interruption

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry and CRM software

  • Data entry experience
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
