Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and entering all price change requests received from merchant organizations
  • Understanding data and identifying price change discrepancies
  • Understanding complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system
  • Reviewing and entering stores-submitted cost and price changes
  • Reviewing and entering promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems
  • Working with AP to reopen POs for invoice submission
  • Managing and reviewing weekly price change reports
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, or a related field)
  • 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, operations, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • A strategic thinker with an innovative problem-solving approach
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-focused mentality
  • Strong organization and collaboration skills

  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, and experience with Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems
