Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support assistance to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings. Your goal will be to advocate for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take In-Bound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings

  • Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections
  • Receive customer requests for assistance; identify support needed, and either help or forward requests to the appropriate functional area
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests and ability to put yourself in the mind of the customer
  • High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload)
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using a computer to perform operations
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and a drug screen
