Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers
  • Good communication, organizational, math, and computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills, technical experience, and knowledge a plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Attentiveness and patience, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
