Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, internet chat, and email
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize phone, internet, and computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve customer concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to type 40 words per minute or greater
- High-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum of 5 MB down and 384k up (10+ MB down and 512k up preferred)
- Dedicated home office space with a door that can be closed and locked (a picture of this space will be required)
- Personal computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor (4GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor recommended)
- 19 flat panel monitor (minimum)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
