Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Promoting our products and services, educating clients on new and expanded services, and selling the arenaflex Wellness Program
• Booking clients for future services and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Supporting clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Helping to grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A strong and diverse skillset, with excellent math and computer skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Great people skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with guests and clients
• A general knowledge of massage and skin care services, with a passion for total body care
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
