• Responding to phone inquiries from patients and customers, providing expert guidance on pharmacy benefits and addressing their concerns with empathy and care
• Using your problem-solving skills and knowledge gained from training to resolve patient issues effectively
• Documenting all interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Identifying and addressing patient concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure the best possible outcome
• Collaborating with your team to ensure seamless communication and support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
• General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
