The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll join a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience. You'll take inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans, providing expert guidance and support to help them navigate complex matters. Whether assisting customers plan for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements, you'll ensure a positive experience during the moments that matter.
Key Responsibilities
* Take inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
- Provide expert guidance and support to help customers navigate complex matters
- Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements
- Ensure a seamless customer experience during the moments that matter
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer queries and issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements
- Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
- Experience with CRM systems and other IT applications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

* Competitive salary range: £21,840 - £23,000 per year
