Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Part Time (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing friendly, professional, and insightful service to our customers, helping them with their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional service to customers, helping them with their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage
- Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
