Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions that meet their needs
  • Promote products or services to potential customers, leveraging your sales skills to drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM software to manage customer information effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer information effectively, ensuring that customer data is up-to-date and accurate

Requirements

* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development is advantageous, but not essential
  • Ability to effectively market products or services to customers, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in using software tools for customer management, including CRM systems
