The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can provide top-notch service to our guests, from answering phone calls to resolving issues and making recommendations. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to guest inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
- Providing accurate and timely information about our menu, services, and promotions, as well as making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, seasonal offerings, and special promotions to make informed recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
