Job Description

As a Customer Service Operations Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries and issues, and collaborate with our teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and other channels

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent level qualifications as a minimum

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • Experience in customer service, operations, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
