Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our call center, with a focus on call metrics, quality assurance, call handling, and scheduling. Your key responsibilities will include:

Reporting to the VP of Client Experience:

You'll work closely with our VP of Client Experience to develop and execute strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance.

Managing call center operations:

You'll oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring that customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally.

Analyzing call center metrics:

You'll monitor and analyze call center metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance.

Recruiting, training, and mentoring call center agents:

You'll recruit, train, and mentor call center agents to build a high-performing team.

Motivating and engaging call center staff:

You'll motivate, engage, and support the call center staff to drive results and improve customer satisfaction.

Managing the call center budget:

You'll manage the call center budget and optimize resources effectively to ensure efficient operations.

Leveraging Amazon Connect:

You'll leverage Amazon Connect to streamline call routing, customer engagement, and reporting processes.

Collaborating with other departments:

You'll collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues:

You'll troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Amazon Connect, collaborating with IT and AWS support as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

5 years of experience in a call center management role:

You'll have a proven track record of success in managing and improving call center operations.

Expert knowledge of Amazon Connect:

You'll have a deep understanding of Amazon Connect and experience working with its features and functionality.

Experience working in a remote environment:

You'll have experience working in a remote environment and managing a remote team.

Strong leadership skills:

You'll have the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive performance improvements across diverse teams.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities:

You'll have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and enhance operations.

Competitive salary range:

$75,000 to $80,000

Full-time / Exempt:

You'll work a standard 40-hour workweek with opportunities for overtime.

Travel 5%:

You'll have minimal travel requirements, with occasional trips to our office or client sites.
