Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues to improve customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and share best practices
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Additional certifications in customer service or related fields (e.g. customer service certification, sales certification)

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
