The Role

As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator - Specialty Servicing, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our customers, handling a high volume of calls, emails, and chats with ease and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and resolve customer complaints
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent certification

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
