The Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their issues, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their problems. Your role will be to build trust, establish relationships, and create a positive experience for every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer customer questions and provide solutions to their problems
  • Build trust and establish relationships with customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Schedule

* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST

  • Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST

Work from Home Requirements

* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

  • Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by cable or fiber internet service providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Work from Home Location Requirements

* This role is 100% work from home

  • We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex work at home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
  • Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California
