Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer refunds and exchanges
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Experience working in a sales or retail environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a flexible and adaptable attitude

Physical and Sensory Requirements

This role requires:

  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 30 pounds occasionally or 20-30 pounds frequently
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to touch and manipulate objects, with a high level of dexterity and coordination
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, balance, and climb, with a high level of mobility and flexibility
