Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to meet productivity and quality targets, while delivering a premium service experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Update member account details accurately and efficiently
- Answer queries and provide general advice and assistance to members
- Meet or exceed personal productivity targets, contributing to team productivity targets
- Deliver an exceptional member experience, meeting or exceeding personal quality targets
- Log and record all interactions onto the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent attention to detail and listening skills
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to provide a personalised approach for each individual member
- Strong numeracy, literary, and MS Office skills
- Ability to retain and utilise complex product and technical information
- Strong technical knowledge of computers, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate these by telephone, email, and letter
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
