Responsibilities:

As a Customer Check-out Attendant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering fast and friendly service to our customers during their checkout process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers as they enter and exit the establishment with a warm reception
  • Regulating financial exchanges with customers using cash registers and electronic devices
  • Verifying prices of products, scanning them, receiving payment, and providing correct change
  • Handing over receipts of payment, refunds, admission tokens, and coin conversions
  • Resolving customer complaints by offering relevant information, guiding them to make informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
  • Scrutinizing balance sheets for any discrepancies and reporting them to designated personnel

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Check-out Attendant at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • An established track record of providing excellent customer service as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role
  • Basic PC knowledge and experience with electronic devices such as cash registers and point of sale systems
  • Good math skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and time management expertise
  • A customer satisfaction-oriented approach
  • A high school diploma or an equivalent certification
