Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat
- Delivering an exceptional support experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience for each customer interaction
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 18 years of age
- Flexible to meet the needs of the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Equipment and Internet Requirements
To ensure your success as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- A stand-alone monitor (19 inches)
- Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
- A noise/distraction-free home office environment
