Job Summary
As an Airline Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to domestic and international airlines at JFK International Airport. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with high-profile passengers, port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to domestic and international airlines at JFK International Airport
- Rotate through various areas within the airport, including check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, and arrivals
- Effectively navigate through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
- Professionally interact with high-profile passengers, port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel
- Partner with our teams to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
- Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport and develop a deep understanding of the airline industry
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
- English proficient, with other languages a plus
