Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients who are navigating their Aetna insurance plans. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, answering their questions and concerns about their coverage, benefits, and claims. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about their Aetna insurance plans
- Provide accurate and timely information about coverage, benefits, and claims
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Required Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
