Job Summary
As a Work-at-Home Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing empathetic and professional support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues related to our healthcare services. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your exceptional communication skills, combined with your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, will make all the difference.
Responsibilities
* Assist patients and their families with issues and concerns related to our healthcare services, providing support and guidance to ensure they receive the care they need.
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience a plus.
- Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and internal teams.
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and their families.
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach to all interactions.

Work Environment
* Work-at-home environment, with a private residence located at the address listed on your personnel file.
- arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam.
- You'll need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection – DSL or Cable only. No Satellite, Dial-up, or Wireless Internet connections.
- Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
