Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative – Virtual Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat, email, and other communication channels. You will work from the comfort of your own home, choosing your own hours and schedule, while being accountable for your success and proactively supporting our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other communication channels - Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues and concerns - Utilize provided steps and instructions to resolve customer problems - Work independently, using your own initiative and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless customer support - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide informed support - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications:
