Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Uncertainties (Guardian and Trust Administrations) – Returned Proclamations group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the execution of less experienced Client care Agents, providing input and presenting plans to improve or execute cycles and tools with a general client support influence, and performing complex client care undertakings. If you have a strong background in client support, financial services, or contact center experience, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, then this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

* Support the execution of less experienced Client care Agents, new or upgraded administrations and procedural changes, and the general adequacy of group
