About This Job:
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Supporting Client Achievement:
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and addressing client concerns related to financial products and services through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video calls, and other forms of communication.
Performing Routine Tasks:
Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-tier customer experiences while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Seeking Guidance:
Routinely receive guidance from management, escalate questions, and refer more complex issues to senior staff.
Conducting Analysis:
Analyze and resolve complex client issues, including collaborating with other departments for issue resolution.
Collaborating with Colleagues:
Work with experienced agents on complex issues and provide guidance to new hires and less experienced staff.
Providing Training:
Train new hires and less experienced staff on customer service best practices and company policies.

3+ Years of Experience:
Evaluating and addressing client needs or resolving client issues, or equivalent experience, training, or military experience.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Ability to provide solid customer service while listening, gathering information, resolving, and settling complex client issues.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to connect with respectability and an elevated level of impressive skill with all degrees of clients, colleagues, and management.
Basic Microsoft Office Skills:
