Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative – B2B Client Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our business clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats from business clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate them to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless support to our business clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including call logs, email correspondence, and chat transcripts
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with the customer support team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Experience with email and chat platforms, including Zendesk or similar platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
