Job Summary

As a Full Stack Specialist, Building Controls at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring client and partner safety and comfort while minimizing support costs for complex issues. You will be working with our team to develop and implement innovative solutions for building controls, using your expertise in programming, data analysis, and problem-solving. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $75,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure client and partner safety and comfort while minimizing support costs for complex issues by conducting diagnostic procedures, providing proactive solutions, and applying advanced programming techniques.

  • Perform exceptional or unique programming tasks to building controls systems by adjusting or changing the building controls techniques, recognizing and responding to patterns with alerts, thaws, and work orders, and identifying and responding to manufacturer reviews.
  • Work collaboratively with teams in building execution and controls by utilizing and sharing resources, data, and tools.
  • Identify client needs and business needs while planning and executing work tasks.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure project timelines and work quality are met and demonstrate and help others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.
  • Create, communicate, and implement processes and practices to address business issues by collaborating with leaders, colleagues, clients, and other colleagues.
  • Analyze and apply data from multiple sources and track progress and results.
  • Recognize and address progress opportunities.
  • Participate in teams in building execution and controls by utilizing and sharing resources, data, and tools.
  • Complete work tasks and needs in Building Execution and Controls by utilizing strategies, data, and resources.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in building controls, programming, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of building controls systems, programming languages, and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in building controls, programming, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience with advanced programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Experience with building controls systems, such as BACnet, LON, or Modbus.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
