Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. As a key member of our Store Mechanization and Development group, you'll be responsible for developing a set of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define metrics, develop data pipelines, and create dashboards to report progress towards our goals. Key Responsibilities

* Develop a set of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives

• Define metrics and lead the development of data pipelines and dashboards to report progress towards our goals
• Identify and analyze business issues within your discipline and question assumptions to help identify underlying drivers
• Recommend ways to address business issues and set key performance indicators (KPIs) based on established progress rules and key metrics
• Assess proposed business cases for initiatives and projects, translate business requirements into solutions, and adjust the team to the business strategy while executing expectations
• Identify and recommend the most suitable reporting tools based on setting and define application configuration based on client needs
• Provide general guidance by examining business goals and client needs, including creating, communicating, building support for, and implementing business procedures, plans, and processes
• Create and use internal and external organizations and partnerships, lead key community engagement and inclusion initiatives, and support partners while upholding and adhering to the organization's principles of integrity and ethics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration)

• Strong understanding of business operations and data analysis principles
• Experience with SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive)
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and scheduling/workflow tools (e.g., Wind current)
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience growing new metrics to track business impact
• Experience leading a team of analysts

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration)

• Experience with AI and data science techniques
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and data warehousing tools (e.g., Amazon Redshift)
