Job Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's passionate about harnessing the power of data to drive business success. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and develop actionable insights, reports, and automation solutions that drive business growth. With a strong background in data analysis, SQL, and cloud-based technologies, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining backend data pipelines, frontend interactive reports, and business intelligence automation for critical business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and analyze potential data sources from internal and external resources
- Implement strategies for obtaining and integrating data from various sources
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and accessibility
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop actionable insights
- Develop and maintain backend data pipelines, frontend interactive reports, and business intelligence automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful visualizations that inform business decisions
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to generate insights and identify patterns in data
- Develop and implement statistical analyses and models to drive business growth
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field with 4 years of experience in analytics-related fields or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field with 2 years of experience in analytics-related fields
- Six Sigma Certification (Green, Black) a plus
- Proficiency in SQL, GCP, Tableau, Dataiku, and other cloud-based technologies
- Strong exploratory data analysis skills and ability to make analytical, data-driven recommendations
- Project management experience with end-to-end ownership of projects
- Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and uncertainty, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments
