Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information into our database systems. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining robust, adaptable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing large volumes of data to support marketing on Walmart.com and its subsidiaries. You'll work on cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud for data storage, processing, and analysis, and develop and deploy large-scale, containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes on public clouds like Google GCP and Microsoft Azure.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong aptitude in data design principles, data set planning, ETL cycles, and data mining. You should have experience working with data technologies like SQL, Python, Flash, Scala, Hadoop, and related tools and frameworks. You'll also need to be proficient in working with social databases (e.g., Sky blue SQL) and NoSQL data sets (e.g., Cassandra).

Essential Qualifications

* Demonstrated aptitude in data design principles, data set planning, ETL cycles, and data mining

• Experience working with data technologies like SQL, Python, Flash, Scala, Hadoop, and related tools and frameworks
• Proficiency in working with social databases (e.g., Sky blue SQL) and NoSQL data sets (e.g., Cassandra)
• Experience with ETL tools like Apache Wind current
• Experience with continuous message handling using Apache Kafka
• Experience in designing and implementing data models for effective capacity and recovery
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A solid sense of responsibility and ownership, self-discipline, and focus on high-quality expectations, and a team-oriented approach that values design thinking, efficiency, and growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with distributed computing services like Google GCP and Microsoft Azure, as well as distributed storage frameworks like Hive and Versatile Pursuit
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud for data storage, processing, and analysis
• Experience with large-scale, containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes on public clouds like Google GCP and Microsoft Azure

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll contribute to the following key areas:

• Build and maintain robust, adaptable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing large volumes of data to support marketing on Walmart.com and its subsidiaries
• Work on cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud for data storage, processing, and analysis
• Develop and deploy large-scale, containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes on public clouds like Google GCP and Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with other scrum teams, QA, Product, Program Management, and Partner Operations, while working with cross-functional project development teams
• Participate in on-call rotations to investigate production issues across cross-functional teams
