We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a specialist level, working closely with our leaders and HR managers to drive business results. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following critical areas:- Benefits administration: Providing support and guidance to employees on benefits-related matters, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Employee relations: Assisting with employee conflicts, grievances, and performance issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Recruitment and staffing: Coordinating the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- HR system implementation: Assisting with the development and implementation of HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Employee engagement and development: Supporting employee growth and development through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Performance management: Assisting with performance evaluations, goal setting, and development plans.
- Reporting and analytics: Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or with a focus on data entry and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, leaders, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:- A master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools, such as Workday or BambooHR.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA.
- Experience with data entry and administration, including data quality and integrity.
- Certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.
