Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and promoting our products and services. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, while also driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information section methods and rules to process new patient enrollment, handle patient medication requests, and enter top-off orders for handling.
- Investigate missing solution data, decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settle all information passage-related special cases.
- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
- Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities.
- Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and recognize and report issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
- Acquire a dynamic expert license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a current expert license or certification.
Essential Capabilities
* Basic computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online
- Basic web browser skills, including:
+ Opening a program + Composing in URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online
- Moderate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Capabilities
* At least 2 years of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by state as conceded by the State board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Moderate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
