Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service and operations teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Experience: Attract and engage clients by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Client Support: Model and offer client support best practices to all partners, ensuring a consistent and positive client experience.
- Errands: Provide clients with friendly, fast, and helpful assistance, including recommending products and services.
- Sales and Customer Service: Register client purchases, gather payments, and process returns, exchanges, and voids as necessary.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock levels and product availability.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and local regulations regarding managed products (e.g., tobacco and liquor products).
- Visual Merchandising: Create and maintain visually appealing displays, including seasonal and promotional displays.
- Reset and Alterations: Complete resets and alterations as directed.
- Food and Beverage: Assist with food and beverage inventory management, including restocking and maintaining product levels.
- Photo Services: Provide customer service in the photo department, including advanced visa photo services, standard print, creative machine, and sales of specialty photo products.
- Web Order Fulfillment: Assist with web order fulfillment, including picking and processing orders.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably with arenaflex.
- Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process transactions.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software.
