About the Role:
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Providing product and service information, as well as recommendations and solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Computer Requirements:
To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you will need to meet the following computer requirements:
- A personal desktop computer or laptop with a minimum I5 processor
- 8 GB of RAM Memory or more
- Internet minimum Speed: 50MBPS
- Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Chrome
- 2 Monitors: Capable of displaying at least 1024 X 768 pixels
- Sound: Must have a sound card installed and be equipped with speakers or headphones
- USB Headset: A headset that plugs into your computer

Experience Level:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, combined with your technical skills and knowledge, will make you an ideal candidate for this position.
