Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via web chat to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. You'll utilize your emotional intelligence to understand and address customer concerns effectively, project manage customer interactions to ensure timely and accurate responses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide solutions. You'll also maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and team members. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
