Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll serve as an information resource for customers, providing solutions to their billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions. You'll also promote products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring they get the most value and enjoyment from their arenaflex experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support

• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Promote arenaflex products and services to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and value proposition
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
• Superb attendance and open availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, as well as weekends and holidays
• Flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks
• Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing best-in-class customer experience speaking to customers over the phone

Work-at-Home Technical Requirements:

* arenaflex will provide all initial equipment required to perform the role, including a DISH-provided PC Tower and power adapter, and (2) two Monitors, with associated cabling

• Required accessories, including a USB Headset, USB Keyboard, USB Mouse, and USB Webcam, will be provided with a 30-day limited warranty
• Employees are responsible for maintaining a backup/spare of each item to avoid downtime
• Home internet with a minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed, with 99% uptime, and no bandwidth or data caps is required
