Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating data into our company databases and systems
  • Verifying the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
  • Reviewing and correcting data entry errors or inconsistencies
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the security of sensitive information
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly data entry targets as assigned
  • Participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on company procedures and data entry best practices
  • Providing regular progress reports to supervisors

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using data entry software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of data entry principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in data entry or related roles is preferred but not mandatory

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home setting is an advantage

Skills and Competencies:

* Knowledge of basic data management and record-keeping techniques

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency and accuracy
