What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Global Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching and partnering with departments to address high-profile issues and ensure proper documentation - Collaborating with organizations to establish customer experience history for escalated incidents - Providing updates and communications to leadership regarding incident handling and resolutions - Identifying and implementing opportunities for improving customer resolution processes - Offering subject matter expertise and support to team members and external contact centers

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need: - A minimum of two years of operational/contact center experience - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally at all organizational levels - Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills - Knowledge of email applications and Microsoft Office products
