Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Southwest Airlines Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional support to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your role will play a critical part in shaping their overall experience with our airline.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all interactions

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process transactions, including handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons
  • Manage inventory and handle baggage claims, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers on social media to provide support and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve oversold, delayed, or cancelled flights, lost or damaged luggage, and other customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on airline policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of Southwest Airlines policies and procedures
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
