Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for teaching our AI chatbots to engage with customers in a natural and intuitive way. This will involve:
Conversational AI Training:
You'll have conversations with our chatbots to measure their progress and identify areas for improvement.
Content Creation:
You'll write novel conversations to teach our chatbots what to say and how to respond to customer inquiries.
Assessment and Feedback:
You'll participate in regular assessments to evaluate the performance of our chatbots and provide feedback to our development team.

Assessment and Feedback:
Participate in regular assessments to evaluate the performance of our chatbots and provide feedback to our development team.
Research and Fact-Checking:
Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and originality of our chatbot responses.
Qualifications

Fluent in English:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor's Degree:
Completed or in progress, in a relevant field such as English, Communications, or Computer Science.
Excellent Writing and Grammar Skills:
Strong writing and grammar skills, with the ability to write engaging and informative content.
Strong Research and Fact-Checking Skills:
Ability to conduct research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and originality of our chatbot responses.
Previous Experience:
Previous experience as a Freelance Writer, Content Writer, Editor, Copywriter, Copy Editor, or those with experience in journalism and/or media is preferred but not required.
