Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. With comprehensive training and a supportive team, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on behalf of our clients, providing timely and accurate support to their customers

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Deliver discount codes and provide sales links to customers as needed
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in your work
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in your work

Essential Qualifications

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • 5+ hours of availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
