Job Summary
As a Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. You'll navigate multiple systems, manage a steady volume of incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service to create positive experiences for our clients and customers. Key Responsibilities
* Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers
- Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
- Manage a steady volume of incoming calls and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service to create positive experiences for our clients and customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
- High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Equipment provided and must be hard-wired (no Wi-Fi)
